This release is mainly a 'usability' release, meaning it makes life easier for the user. Other than that the performance of FDRCompressor has been improved and several issues have been solved.

Solved Issues (beta4):
- on Windows 98 the installation/deinstallation procedure did not update the system path correctly.
- on some systems (e.g. Windows 98) there was a problem with cooperation between FDRGui and some DLL's which caused FDRGui to crash.
- a bug in the 'automatic exposure detection' feature caused suboptimal results under certain circumstances.

This is a beta release. There will probably be some minor changes before the final release. Please test it intensively and give me feedback.
